The Group of Vegetables’ Producers JTM Kociszewscy is the family company with 40-year-long experience in the production of the glasshouse tomatoes. Our thorough experience is based on modern technology, which allows us to cultivate ecological tomatoes with a very high qualitative parameters.

################### OFFER ###################

We offer You tomatoes in eight-degree scale of the colors’ palette and in five sizes. The sizes and colors are defined during sorting with a modern machine.

The tomatoes are packed in the boxes of 6kg and 14 kg. The goods can be packed on the EURO palettes, EURO-like (non-returnable) 80cm x 120cm and on the „industrial” (non-returnable) ones 100cm x 120cm. The palletization takes place automatically, which allows to construct a stable loading. Type and preparation method on request of the customers.

################### RECEIPES ###################

In our cuisine, we often use tomatoes due to their unique taste and decoration properties. We remember also that they are the source of valuable vitamins such as calcium, iron, magnesium, vitamins from the A, B1, B2, C, PP group and mineral salts. For these simple reasons but significant ones in our menu, we propose a few simple, nice and delicious receipts.

Fried tomatoes

Ingredients:
0,5 kg medium hard peeled tomatoes
2 eggs
3 spoonfuls of oil
1 clove of smashed garlic
1 medium chopped onion
1 teaspoon of vodka or 2 of wine
2 teaspoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of potato starch mixed with 2 spoons of water
0,5 crushed bullion lump
salt, pepper

Method of preparation:
Cut the tomatoes into halves, squeeze lightly and take out the seeds with a teaspoon and then cut the half into four pieces. Scramble the eggs with a pinch of salt and a spoon of oil. Heat the pan, pour the remaining oil, put the onion, garlic and fry the mixture while mixing it energetically for about 10 - 15 sec. Pour the alcohol at the brim of the pan, put the tomatoes and fry them until the tomato juice evaporates. Add salt, pepper, sugar and bullion lump, mix carefully. Pour the flour mixed with water, while mixing make it boil. At the brim of the pan, pour the scrambled eggs, fry them while mixing until they set. Serve immediately.

Tomatoes filled with champignons

Ingredients:
4 big tomatoes
2 spoons of butter
1 onion
20 decagrams of champignons
1 spoon of grated cheese
2 spoons of thick cream
Flour to thicken
Salt and pepper
greens

Method of preparation:
Cut off the tops from the tomatoes, take out the pulp. Sprinkle the tomato bowls with salt and pepper, put off. Chop the onion and glaze it, add chopped champignons. Stew. Sprinkle everything with flour, add chopped greens, pour the cream, boil and spice it. Fill the tomatoes with the mixture, pour with melted butter, sprinkle with cheese, bake.

Tomatoes with garlic in cream

Ingredients:
5-6 tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
200 ml of cream 12%
sweet pepper
salt and pepper

Method of preparation:
Blanch the tomatoes and peel them. Cut them into quarters. Add two squeezed cloves of garlic to the tomatoes. Add the spices (At your discretion). Then, add the cream and mix it. Put it off into the fridge for 40 min. (time for cooling and mixing of ingredients) You can serve the dish as an independent snack. Great additive to roasted meat.
